I started with a Rose Red card and layered on a white layer that I had embossed with a Dots EF. The next layer is Rose Red, White and then Cutie Pie DP (SU retired DP). For the sentiment I used a stamp from the Birthday Bliss set. I stamped it once in Rose Red and cut out the oval part and then stamped again and cut out the rectangular sentiment. I cut out a scalloped oval using my Nestabilities and layered everything with dimensionals. The cake is stamped in black and colored with assorted markers and then tied with SU's new Rose Red seam binding. So fun to play with! The final touch is the 3 silver brads. I think it's a pretty happy card :-)
Stamps: A Slice of Life, Birthday Bliss
Paper: Rose Red, White, Cutie Pie DP (ret)
Ink: Black, Markers in Rose Red, Regal Rose, Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, Going Gray, Yo Yo Yellow
Accessories: Dots EF, Rose Red seam binding, silver brads, scalloped Nestability, dimensionals
On another note while I'm making this card it is starting to snow. In April! In Washington! Too weird!!
